Crossfit Kids
Concerned about the health of our young ones? Obesity in children is one of the most widespread medical problems in the United States and has contributed to a sharp increase of Type 2 diabetes in children. Began the class with stretching and partner ball tosses.

WOD:
Pull Up Ladder - With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Nathan and Nichole sub'd ring pull ups
Nathan - 11 rounds
Nichole - 10 rounds + 10 pull ups - Just couldn't get that last pull up!
Suprisingly hard. Round 4 - easy. Round 8 - OMG, this is terrible!
