WOD:

Pull Up Ladder - With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Nathan and Nichole sub'd ring pull ups

Nathan - 11 rounds
Nichole - 10 rounds + 10 pull ups - Just couldn't get that last pull up!

Suprisingly hard. Round 4 - easy. Round 8 - OMG, this is terrible!

I don't know how you can do ring pull-ups. I have not quite mastered regular kipping pull-ups. Today my workout was 600M run followed by 30
front squats(25# bar)30 wall ball shots then 30 sit-ups. 400M run then 30 sit-ups 30 wall balls and 30 front squats. Followed by a 600M run that was more walk than run. It took me almost 27 minutes. I felt tired but good at the same time because I finished it all! The new space looks great!
