The park workout looks like fun. My workout was not so fun this morning. 35 each of: box jumps jumping pull-ups knees to elbows push-press 45# bar wall ball 8# ball (I know very light) burpees supermans tuck jumps
By the time I got to burpees and tuck jumps I had to leave so I subbed some of the burpees for push-ups. This took me 25 minutes.
