Saturday Morning Class

Began the class with stretching and partner ball tosses.

The WOD was:

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes?

Ball Toss
15 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 D Ball Slams
10 Ring Rows

We had a great time today! Hope to see everyone next Saturday at 10:00 am!

On Monday my workout was 3 rounds of 100m hill sprints and 21-15-9 of 15# dumbbell cleans, pushups and jumping pull ups. It was about 55 degrees outside but I was sweating a lot. This was a prety intense workout. I should have done some situps but I was pretty much out of gas. It took me about 22 minutes.
