Core Grind

We had a few people try our our new box jump booster!  Way to go!  










Warm Up:

3 x 
halos - 10
pumps - 10
goblet squats - 10


Workout:
3 stations
complete rounds at each station before moving on

Station 1:
5  rounds 
dips - 5 
1 arm kb clean and press - 5 each side
weighted situps - 10
rest 1 min


Station 2:
4 rounds
sandbag get up - 3 each side
heavy medball squat and carry - 6
rest 1 min


Station 3:
deadlift - 10
box jump - 10
rest 1 min
