Looking strong as usual Nichole. Today for my workout I ran 400m then deadlifted and shoulder pressed. These are my favorite lifts. For deadlift I ended up at 155# and I did many sets of 70# shoulder presses to work up to an eventual 75#. It was a lot of fun.
