Double Trouble!

For skill we did double kettlebell pushpress.  This is a much more challenging move than the single kettlebell pushpress.  Nice work, everyone!  






Warm Up:

30:30 Partner Intervals

We partnered up again yesterday for a great cardio interval workout.  We had a lot of new faces in the gym yesterday.  Thank you to Kirsten, Paul, Beau, Patrick, and Ethan for joining us for class yesterday!

Running Clock!

We got to use our new wall ball beam in Saturday's workout!  Perfect!

Deadlift

Aaron set a new pr of 405 on Friday!  



Congratulations to Erin H. for joining the 200 club!  Her prior pr was 185 and today she pulled a 1 rep max of 210!  

Friday we deadlifted with a rep scheme of 3-3-3-1-1-1.  We have one  more week to go in the cycle and have already seen a lot of new pr's.  Great job everyone!

How many rounds?





Thursday we tried double kettlebell push presses.  We've been focusing on single arm push presses for the last few weeks and stepping up to doubles takes significantly more strength and focus.  Everyone did a great job maintaining their form and increasing the weight.

10 - cross chop to halo

Workout:

10 - dumbbell snatches (each arm)
10 - push ups
10 - sit-ups
