Muscle Ups


Here is something that you wouldn't see in a commercial gym. Nichole is working on her muscle ups which is a combination of a ring pull up that transitions into a dip.

Good job on the muscle-up Nichole. Those are not easy. Today for my workout I did the following:
3 rounds of run 200M
21 db thrusters using 20#db
run 200M
3 rope climb (beginner)
run 200
This took me 23 minutes. It really addressed my weak point which is endurance.
