Why train Crossfit?

I read that article and wholeheartedly agree. I have been doing Crossfit for about a year and a half and cannot imagine my life without it. I am doing things I never thought someone my age (53) would ever do! I can run long distances and lift heavy weights. I also have learned mental toughness. I love it. I can't say enough about the program.
