1 lap for time





Just a reminder that we will only have two classes on Monday, May 26th.  

9:00 am
10:00 am

Wednesday night we warmed up with some kettlebell mobility drills and then had everyone run 1 lap for time.  Great job to Cristina on getting her first pull-up during class!

workout was:

30-20-10
wall ball 
2 hand kettlebell swings
ball slams

Here is an article that ran in the ny times about the food that we as a country waste everyday.  An estimated 27 percent of food available for consumption ends up in a landfill.
