it's only two minutes







Today we started with a nice kettlebell warm-up and med ball partner passes.  For skill we did 5 sets of 5 dumbbell or kettlebell snatches increasing the load each set.  Tiffany finished her last set with 40 lb dumbbells!  Way to go!  We paired the snatches with l-sits and ring holds and Jenn H., and Liz got their first ring holds!  Great job ladies!

Workout was:
3 rounds

2  minutes at each station with a running clock

wall ball
rest
row
push-ups
