Hello Helen!

Yesterday we were visited by a benchmark workout - HELEN!  We saw a lot of people finish it RX's for the first time!  It was also a very special day...Sara Kaine's 1 year anniversary at Recreate Fitness...what a way to celebrate!

lateral hand walk
bear crawl

Skill:

5 rounds
1 arm kb push press x 3 each side
pistol squats x 5 each side
spiderman x 5 each side


Workout:

run 2 laps
21 kb swings
12 pull ups/ring rows
