Yesterday in class we tried out a slightly different interval format. We partnered up and did 30 seconds of work, and rested for 30 seconds while our partner worked. This was a very challenging workout, and everyone worked really hard! Great job!
Warm Up:

Skill:
3-4 rounds
1 arm kb swing, hi-pull, snatch combo x 5 each side
turkish get ups x3 each side
weighted pull ups/dead hang pull ups/jumping negatives

2 hand kb swing
