Find the core








Thursday was a core centric workout with some new skills thrown in for good measure.

Workout was:

4-5 rounds of each set

Set A
5 sandbag get-ups each side
1 minute of superplank
rest 1 minute

Set B
10 - power wheel pikes
10 - power wheel leg curls
rest 1 minute

Set C
how many rounds in 10 minutes?

row 250 meters
12 ball slams
