Friday we started a new deadlift cycle and then let everyone pick a few skills that they need to work on and practice form and technique.
Workout was:
2 warm-up sets of 5 then
5 sets of 5
deadlifts
pull-ups
Pick 2-3 of the following skills
double unders
handstands
ring holds/muscle ups/front levers
power wheel crawls
