Front squats










Stella put a little muscle behind some kettlebell dragging after class.

Skill was:

2 warm-up sets of 5 front squats
then

5 rounds

5 - front squats
8 - ring rows
5 - spiderman

Workout was:

partner workout

5 rounds
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of ball slams

switch every minute on the minute
