Group class started with some pass thrus, overhead squats and a run around the block. For skill we worked on l-sits, handstands, ring dips for time and pull-ups. Great job to Sara, Tiffany and Cristina who all got their first handstand!
For workout we used only one kettlebell for the entire WOD. No kettlebells were injured during the course of the workout. Thanks to everyone for doing such a great job hanging on to their bells!

flip catch and squat
sumo deadlift high pull
one hand swings left arm
one hand swings right arm
