The schedule will have a whole new look effective Monday, April 21st. The new schedule is as follows:
Monday - Friday 6:30 am (new classes)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 am
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30 pm (new classes)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:30 pm
Saturday 8:30 am & 10:00 am
Tonight we warmed up with some pass thrus, overhead squats and jump rope. We focused on strength development with 5x5 deadlifts increasing the load each set. Great job to Kim and Sara on their first deadlift attempts!
Workout was:

ball slams
one arm dumbbell snatch
(split the reps in two and do half on each arm)
