Skill night




We've been trying to set aside one day a week to focus on developing skills.  
Everyone did a great job with the turkish get-up and 1 leg squats.  

Workout was:

3 rounds at your own pace

turkish get-ups
1 leg squats
knees to elbows
kettlebell cleans
kettlebell flip, catch and squat

mini met con
20seconds on/ 10 seconds off

4 times at each station then rotate 

push-ups 
row
squat
