Tonight in class we started with 5 sets 0f 3 deadlifts. We had a lot of personal records set tonight! John B, John F, Todd,Tiffany, Jenn, and Tricia all had new pr's! Way to go!
Workout was:
5 rounds
row for 1 minute
ball slam for one minute
Everyone works with a partner and rotates on the minute for 5 rounds.
