Tuesday night in class we had a huge turnout so we did a partner workout. It was great to see some faces we haven't seen for awhile!
Workout was:
1000 meter row
med ball partner passes around the block
100 ball slams
100 box jumps
100 kettlebell swings
100 push-ups
50 partner med ball sit-ups
Divide the reps equally between partners and only one person can work at a time
