hang squat cleans








Monday we warmed up with pass thrus, overhead squats, spidermans, jump rope and overhead walks.  For strength we did 5x3 hang squat cleans.   

Workout was:

run 450m
then

5 rounds

10 dumbbell hang squat cleans to thrusters
10 kettlebell swings

finish with a 450m run
