The Wednesday night 5:30 pm class was unexpectedly crowded so thanks to everyone for being flexible and patient while Nathan braved it alone. Benjamin thanks you all for allowing his mom to attend his piano recital!
We warmed up with pass thrus, overhead squats, rack walks and overhead walks. For strength we did 5x5 push presses and weighted pull-ups.
Workout was:
4 rounds
row 250 meters
15 wall ball
run to the corner and back
rest 3 minutes between rounds
