saturday recap








Congratulations to Julie on her first kipping pull-up today!


Saturday we managed to get our warm-up done outside just before it started raining. We started with some ladder drills and then did med ball partner passes around the block.  For skill we worked on pull-ups/muscle-ups, windmills and L-sits.

Workout was:

3 rounds

1 minute at each station with a running clock

dumbbell thrusters
push-ups
sumo deadlift high pull
box jumps
ring rows

 rest 3 minutes between rounds
