Great job to Melissa with a 170 pound deadlift for 5 reps!
Friday in class we warmed up with some dynamic flexibility drills and then we did 5x5 deadlifts. Congratulations to Jeff, Tiffany and Ben who all had new pr's.
Workout was:
45 seconds of work/ followed by 15 seconds of rest
hand to hand swings
lateral hurdle jumps
shuttle run
bear crawl
jacknife
Since we have so many people working on their kip, taking good care of your hands is a critical part of keeping your body ready and able to train.
