How not to do a ball slam


Here's a little you tube clip of some hardcore muscle heads demonstrating the ball slam. 
  Now you know why ours don't bounce!





Monday night in class we warmed up with pass thrus, spidermans, get up sit ups, pull-ups and jump rope.  For strength we did 5x5 hang squat cleans with dumbbells or barbells.

Workout was:

row 1000 meters

then

3 rounds
10 Curtis P's (hang squat clean, push press, lunge on each leg)
20 push ups
