Wednesday we did a power endurance workout that was centered around the circuit everyone loves to hate, the leg circuit.

250 jump ropes
leg circuit
25 - 2 hand kb swings
25 - push-ups
25 - 1 arm kb row
25 - sit-ups
leg circuit
25 - 2 hand kb swings
25 - push-ups
25 - 1 arm clean and press
25 - russian twist
leg circuit
25 - 2 hand kb swing
25 - push-ups
25 - ring rows
250 jump ropes
leg circuit =
20 air squats
10 lunges (each leg)
10 jumping lunges (each leg)
10 jump squats
