A triumphant return

Welcome back to the Todd,  he's been in Japan for the last two weeks and has been missed! 
No more Mos Burger for you!




Workout was:

"Grind"

4-5 rounds of each set

Set 1
7 - Mr. Spectacular
20 - side to side ring swings
rest 1 minute

Set 2
how many rounds in 10 minutes?
row 250 meters
10 dumbbell push presses

Set 3
10 - half moons
10 - knees to elbows
rest 1 minutes between rounds
