Press it up
Monday we started a new push press cycle and then did a one kettlebell workout.
Workout was:
5 rounds of
5 push presses
8 ring rows
then
how many round in 15 minutes
10 push-ups
10 kettlebell swings
15 flip, catch and squat

monthly unlimited $115.00
12 hour cancellation is required or you will be charged for the session
