Thanksgiving schedule


We will have a shortened schedule Thanksgiving week.  Thursday and Friday we will have modified class schedules, the rest of the week will be business as usual.

Thursday November 27th 8:30 am & 9:30 am
Friday, November 28th 9:00 am & 10:00 am

no evening classes Thursday and Friday










Friday we started with deadlifts for strength and then spent some time picking a few skills to work on.

Workout was:

2 warm-ups sets

then 
5x5

deadlifts
spiderman

pick a skill

pull-ups
muscle-ups
pole vaulters
double unders
ring holds
ring dips
handstands
handstand push-ups
