We had a busy weekend here at Recreate. A big thanks to Steve Maxwell for spending the weekend with us and presenting a phenomenal kettlebell seminar. Everyone that attended had a chance to develop their technique and skills. We learned some great new movements that we can't wait to share with you all!

Saturday's class was a partner workout and everyone did a great job working together.
Workout was:
row 1000 meters
200 snatches
200 ball slams
200 jumping pull-ups
