Today we worked on our kettlebell swing technique during the skill portion of class. We focused on sending the hips back and loading the glutes and hamstrings instead of just squatting the motion. We saw some great improvement during this short drill.
Workout was an old favorite that we haven't seen for awhile.
3 - 4 rounds
row 250 meters
20 ball slams
sprint to corner and back
rest 3 minutes between rounds
