Friday we warmed up with a few med ball complexes and then moved on to deadlifts.
strength was:
2 warm-up sets of 5 deadlifts
then
5 rounds
3 deadlifts
8 cross chop to halo
workout was:
run 2 laps
30 box jumps
30 kettlbell swings
