Deadlift 5x3

John lifted 405 for 3 today!  Great job!

Congratulations to Gary on his first muscle up today!









Friday we warmed up with a few med ball complexes and then moved on to deadlifts.

strength was:

2 warm-up sets of 5 deadlifts 

then

5 rounds

3 deadlifts
8 cross chop to halo

workout was:

run 2 laps
30 box jumps
30 kettlbell swings


Just a reminder that we have a special holiday schedule this week.  No evening classes Thursday and Friday.  Happy turkey day!
