Wednesday brought us a core grind workout and it was a med ball extravaganza!
Workout was:
3-4 rounds of each group
Group A
10 - deadlifts
row 250 meters
rest 1 minute
Group B
6 - heavy med ball squat and carry
10 - knees to elbows
rest 1 minute
Group C
10 - power wheel rollouts
8 - plank rows
rest 1 minutes
