Yesterday we went heavy with the front squat. We saw a lot of PR's already and we still have next week for 1 rep max! Great job everyone!
Warm Up:

halos - 10
goblet squat - 10
h2h swing - 10
1 arm clean and press - 5 each side
spiderman - 5 each side
Skill:
Front Squat
2 warm up sets of 5
then
3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1
paired with 10 x-chop to halo
Workout:
How many rounds in 15 minutes?
10 - pushups
10 - kb flip, catch, squat
10 - box jumps
