sprint it out






Tuesday was a cardio extravaganza with burpees, shuttle runs and heavy jumprope, you all did a great job of attacking the intervals and pushed yourself every round.  Great job!

Skill was:

3-4 rounds

pull-ups
get up sit ups
double kb cleans

Workout was:

4 rounds
40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest

shuttle run
kb sumo deadlift high pull
battling rope
heavy jump rope
burpees
