Before & After

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the amazing accomplishment that Aaron has made in the last year.  He lost the first 100 pounds through dieting and 3 months ago he decided to add exercise to his regime and has made phenomenal progress in that short time.We didn't think that he would make it, he had one of the roughest first workouts we've seen, but he kept coming back!  Saturday he did Fight Gone Bad as prescribed and finished with a score of 316! 

 Aaron, you're an inspiration to us all!
  







Warm Up:  
pass thrus - 10
overhead Squat - 10
jump rope -75 
or push ups - 12

Skills:
pull ups - dead hang or jumping negatives - 5-10
ring dips - 5-8
1 arm kb swing-hi-pull-snatch series  - 5 each side

Workout:
6 rounds at each station of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Stations:
jingle jangle
jumping pull ups
rope snaps
row
double kb clean
