Chip Away

What a workout!  We did a longer power endurance WOD yesterday with a very special guest...that's right, THE LEG CIRCUIT!  You should be feeling that by now!  




Joe and Julie exhibited some serious team work by joining Lisa on her final leg circuit.  Way to go, everyone!  

Warm Up:
band walks
band squats
monster walk
lunge walk
little skips
big skips
bear crawl
alligator crawl
inch worm

Workout:
1000m row
leg circuit
75 - 2 hand swings
50-double kb pushpress
50 - mountain climbers
50 - ring rows
leg circuit
25 - 1 arm kb snatch (each side)
15 knees to elbows
10 burpees
leg circuit
