Friday was skill/play day so we did a short strength set of dumbbell cleans and then broke into groups and worked on some new movements. We did a little wall walking and everyone got a chance to try out some dot drills.
Workout was:
5 rounds
5 - dumbbell squat cleans
5 - ring dips
then
Group A
rope climb
wall walks/handstand push-ups
Group B
beam ball
double unders
Group C
dot drills
power wheel crawl/pull-ins
