T-minus 2 days and counting!

Here Nick Childs attempts the infamous empty water bottle snatch.  It takes total concentration and meticulous attention to detail to successfully complete this manuever.  

And it's over his head!  Success!

Just a reminder that Friday will be our last day in the gym.  We are having a moving party at 6:30 pm if anyone is interested in saying goodbye to the old space and hello to the new!  Food and drink will be provided!

15 push-ups
