7 rounds of 7,7,7





Monday we introduced the split squat in the skill portion of the workout.  We are focusing on unilateral movements to address any imbalances.  Great job everyone!

Skill:

5 - split squats
5 - 1 leg deadlifts
5 - spiderman

workout:

7 rounds

7 - med ball cleans
7 - burpees
7 - ring rows
