Today was the final day of our push press strength cycle so we tried to find everyones one rep max. We had too many pr's to list!  We had a lot of ladies join the 100 club for the first time and some great improvements over prior attempts!  Great job everyone!

How many rounds in 12 minutes?

5 - burpees
10 - snatch/hi-pull
15 - mountain climbers
20 - 2 hand swings
