Congratulations to Tricia for getting her first kipping pull-up!







Workout was:

5 rounds
5- double kettlebell push presses
5 - dead hang or weighted pull-ups

then

3 rounds
1 minute at each station with a running clock
dumbbell thrusters
swings
ball slams
rest 3 minutes between rounds
