Weather update:

As of 2:30 pm today we are still planning on holding evening classes.  Any changes to the schedule will be posted here asap.  Keep safe out there!







Tuesday we slowed things down a bit and worked on technique.  After starting with swing, squat and snatch practice we did a untimed workout focusing on range of motion.

Skill:

work on partner kettlebell drills
wall squats
plate squats
swing, hi-pull, snatch practice

7 rounds

5 - plank rows
12 - weighted push-ups
15 - weighted sit-ups
