Get-up!

Skill was:

3 - turkish or sandbag get-ups (each side)
10 - heavy or walking swings
12 - leg curls on rings

Workout was:

40 seconds of work/ 20 seconds of rest

sandbag shouldering
figure 8 to a hold
box jump
mountain climbers
row
