Partner Ladder 10-1

We had a great turn out for classes yesterday.  It was a very tough workout!  Great job to everyone!

We started off class with some ladder drills and medball passes.  Then, for skill, we worked on kipping pull ups, pistol squats, and L-sits.  We threw in a few goblet squats to get ready for the workout.  

Workout was:

Partner Ladder 10-1
Only one person can work at a time, and all reps must be completed of one exercise before moving on.  

Exercises were:

Ring Rows
Push ups
2 hand kettlebell swings
Heavy medball cleans
