Feel the burn

Monday we did a strength cycle of weighted lunges and 1 leg deadlifts.  You might feel these a little bit today on the stairs!  Great job everyone.









Strength was:

4 rounds

8 - double kettlebell lunges
5 - 1 leg deadlift
10 - power wheel roll outs

Workout was:

run 2 laps 

then

30-20-10

kb swings
goblet squats
push ups
mountain climbers
