Dot drills

Friday we started a new deadlift cycle and worked on dot drills, rope climbs, wall walks and power wheel crawls.  Everyone seemed to have a good time monkeying around and trying new things!  Great job everyone.

Workout was:
5 rounds

8 - deadlift
12 - jacknifes

work on skill development

dot drills
bar traverse
rope climb
wall walking 
power wheel crawls
