two is better than one













Saturday was a partner workout it was a tough one.  The atomic push-ups and bear crawls had everyone groaning!

Workout was:
50 - atomic push-ups
100 - kb sdhp
200 - jumping pull-ups
8x - bear crawl
run 2 laps
200 - dumbbell snatch
100 - wall ball
50 - med ball partner sit-ups
